Terms of Use

Last updated June 2026

Agreement

These terms are between you and Super Duper and govern your use of Poker Coach. By downloading or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Your licence

Super Duper grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Poker Coach on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, in line with Apple’s standard App Store terms.

Acceptable use

Please do not copy, reverse-engineer, resell or otherwise misuse the app, and do not use it to break the law or to interfere with how it works for other people.

Subscriptions and billing

Poker Coach offers an auto-renewable subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.

One-time purchases

Poker Coach also offers a one-time purchase that unlocks its paid features permanently. It does not renew and it is not billed again. It is tied to your Apple Account, so you can restore it on any device you sign in with, and it covers the app as it exists and as we continue to develop it. It does not entitle you to a different app or to features we ship separately.

AI guidance is not professional advice

Poker Coach generates coaching and explanations with the help of AI. It can be wrong or incomplete, and it is provided for learning and entertainment only. It is not financial, legal, medical or professional advice, and you are responsible for your own decisions.

Content and accuracy

We work to keep the app accurate and useful, but it is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Super Duper is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act or other laws that cannot be excluded.

Changes

We may update the app and these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the New Zealand courts will have jurisdiction over any dispute.
