Terms of Use
Agreement
These terms are between you and Super Duper and govern your use of Poker Math. By downloading or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Your licence
Super Duper grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Poker Math on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, in line with Apple’s standard App Store terms.
Acceptable use
Please do not copy, reverse-engineer, resell or otherwise misuse the app, and do not use it to break the law or to interfere with how it works for other people.
Subscriptions and billing
Poker Math offers an auto-renewable subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
Content and accuracy
We work to keep the app accurate and useful, but it is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Super Duper is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act or other laws that cannot be excluded.
Changes
We may update the app and these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the New Zealand courts will have jurisdiction over any dispute.
